📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for the e-commerce team to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize e-commerce platforms like Shopify to manage inventory, process orders, and track sales.
• Provide excellent customer support through Zendesk, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on e-commerce best practices and SOPs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Strong understanding of customer service and support systems, preferably with experience using Zendesk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace for productivity and collaboration.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
