📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendor relationships, ensuring they meet our operational and service standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize logistics costs and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance data using tools like Tableau, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Manage workflows and project timelines using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Represent Shopee at vendor meetings and industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of managing 3PL vendors in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
