📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to inform product development and improvement.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello to manage product development processes efficiently.
• Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
• Present product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders, including executives and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Product Owner - CPO) is a plus.
