📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
• Implement and optimize replenishment strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods to our outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels across all outlets and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply of raw materials.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Tableau and Excel to analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Operations and Procurement teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
