In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team using SAP and Excel to analyze financial data, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and provide insightful reports to our executive team. You'll also be responsible for managing our payroll and ensuring timely processing of employee benefits. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our strategic planning, helping to shape our financial vision and ensuring our company's long-term success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Oversee the payroll process, including processing salaries, benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments.
• Manage and maintain our accounting software, SAP, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with the tax department to optimize our tax strategy and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Hokkien is a must.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
