📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international fabric suppliers.
• Source high-quality fabrics that meet our clients' specifications and exceed their expectations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor fabric quality, ensuring it meets our stringent standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery of fabrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new technologies and materials into our sourcing and manufacturing processes.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on fabric sourcing activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing, textile development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as ERP systems, CAD, and CAM.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
