📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our company's goals and objectives,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees who are undergoing training,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Ability to travel for training and development purposes
