📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure the security of cash and banking equipment.,Assist customers with various banking services and products.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Process and verify checks and other payment instruments.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash drawer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.,Proficiency in using basic banking software and equipment.,Knowledge of banking regulations and security procedures.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
