📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all site operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and the environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on site performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and local regulations in Bali.
