📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage the procurement process from supplier identification to contract execution.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Analyze and report on procurement metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
