Sky Star Pratama is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Provide HR training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior HR staff.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
