📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.,Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues, providing effective solutions to restore normal operation.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Monitor equipment performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.,Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance procedures and best practices.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
