📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information and maintain accurate medical records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with hospital standards.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
