Up Direct Pratama is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
