Jaya Budi Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. As a Lead Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.,Driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Managing the budget and financial performance of the restaurant, including cost control and revenue generation.,Training and developing the store team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations.,Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
