📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Manage the accounting team and ensure high performance and accuracy.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Conduct internal audits and ensure financial controls are in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
