📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of graphic designers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of all design projects.,Create visually stunning graphics, including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral, that effectively communicate the company's message and brand identity.,Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that design projects align with business goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process to stay ahead of the competition.,Manage the design budget and ensure that all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Provide feedback and constructive criticism to team members to help them improve their design skills and knowledge.,Attend design conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network with other professionals and stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Proven experience in leading a team of graphic designers and ensuring the successful completion of all design projects.,Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design challenges and issues.
