📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure that our store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Train and develop our team members to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that our store is meeting company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the laundry or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree in business or a related field.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other store management software.
