📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Conduct initial screening and interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
