📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
