📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and grow our email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.,Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
