📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the restaurant's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver assignments.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition, and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Monitor fuel usage and costs, and work to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Investigate and resolve any issues or incidents related to the fleet, and ensure that all necessary actions are taken to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary improvements to the fleet management process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, transportation management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fleet management principles and practices.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.,Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in the face of challenges and obstacles.
