Manage and maintain commercial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of commercial meetings and events.,Support the commercial team in developing and maintaining client relationships.,Handle administrative tasks related to commercial contracts and agreements.,Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.,Provide administrative support to the commercial manager and team.,Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of commercial processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.,Knowledge of construction industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
