In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is a shift-based position, requiring availability for early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining system performance and uptime.,Identifying and troubleshooting system issues and outages.,Collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.,Documenting system issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.,Participating in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.,Conducting regular system audits and performance reviews.,Providing technical support to other departments as needed.,Working with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and technologies.,Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
