Source, screen, and recruit high-quality technology talent for our contracting and staffing clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' roles.,Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and best practices in technology recruitment.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Act as a subject matter expert in technology recruitment, providing guidance and support to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in contracting and staffing.,Strong understanding of the technology industry, including key trends, tools, and platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and placement of technology talent.,Familiarity with recruitment software, tools, and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
