📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement public affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the Balikpapan community.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and local media.,Organize and participate in community events and initiatives to promote our company's values and services.,Monitor and respond to public feedback and concerns regarding our company's operations and impact.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our public affairs efforts align with the company's overall business objectives.,Stay informed about local and national issues that may impact our business and proactively address them.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Balikpapan market and the online transportation industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in public affairs or a similar role, preferably in the transportation or technology sector.,Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategic public affairs plans.,Familiarity with the Balikpapan market and the online transportation industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
