📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the receptionist's calendar,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Handle and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages,Provide information about the company and its services,Assist with general administrative tasks as needed,Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Professional and friendly demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
