📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles, with the last 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve quality objectives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems.
