Sumber Citra Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of F&B staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen and dining areas.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new service initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of managing and training F&B staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.
