📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting.Experience with network security and monitoring.Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with scripting languagessuch as Python or PowerShell.Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
