📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the restaurant exciting and appealing to customers.,Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper food handling and storage practices.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
