📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.

Provide information about the hotel's facilities, amenities, and local attractions.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Assist with reservations and make travel arrangements for guests.

Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
