In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
