Makmur Wati Restaurant is looking for a Deputy IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure the security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
