📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and learn from peers.,Provide regular updates on business development activities to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Must be able to travel for business purposes.
